Onboarding: from workshop to go-live in weeks

At PimLayer, onboarding is included. We guide you from the first workshop to a successful go-live, usually within a month, without an IT project.

The biggest fear when choosing a PIM is the project around it: months of implementation, high costs and a required IT team. PimLayer does it differently. Onboarding is included, and you’re usually live within a month.

Step 1: the kickoff workshop

We start with a workshop where we map your product structure, attributes and workflows together. How are your products built? Which variants, standards and languages? Which channels need feeding?

Step 2: import and connections

Next, we help import your existing product data and establish the connections with your ERP, webshop, marketplaces or dealer portal. Because much is configurable on the admin side, no dedicated IT staff is needed in principle.

Step 3: go-live and beyond

Within a few weeks you’re operational. And after go-live we remain available for support and optimisation, with local service in Dutch and French.

Why this makes the difference

  • Onboarding part of the subscription, no separate implementation invoice
  • No long and costly IT project
  • Usually live within a month
  • A short learning curve for the whole team
