01. Support commitments
- Available on Belgian business days, 09:00–17:00 CET (excl. public holidays).
- Initial response via helpdesk/tickets within 4 business hours.
- Escalation & updates: High within 12 business hours, Medium within 48 business hours.
02. Availability
- Hosting on OVH Cloud in Europe (Germany, France), with active health monitoring.
- Monthly uptime target: ≥ 99.5%.
- Planned maintenance is communicated at least 24h in advance.
03. Performance
- UI: product page ≤ 600 ms on average, search ≤ 500 ms.
- API: product lookup ≤ 300 ms, search endpoint ≤ 800 ms.
- Measurements server-side under normal load; client/network may vary.
04. Data security & backups
- Automatic daily database snapshots; 7-day retention.
- Data storage in Europe on OVH Cloud, with redundancy and encryption at rest.
- Disaster recovery: full restore possible within 24 hours.
05. Monitoring & incidents
- Monitoring of uptime, API performance, database health and queue latency.
- In case of service impact: notification to customers within 2 business hours, including ETA.

Which plan fits me?
PIM PRO is ideal to get started and centralize your product data. PIM ELITE suits teams with multiple channels, languages and markets, with AI included. What if I grow?
You easily expand with add-ons (extra users, SKUs, storage, connectors or AI calls) or you upgrade to a higher plan. Your product data simply moves along, without restructuring.
Is onboarding included in the price?
We guide every project personally. For simple projects, onboarding is included; for more complex projects, we look at tailored guidance and discuss it transparently in advance.
Are there setup costs or long contracts?
You do not enter into long-term commitments. Any one-off costs, for example for customization or a complex onboarding, are always discussed in advance, so you are never caught by surprise.
